I can’t celebrate #Wicked weekend without celebrating the OG ELPHABA! My Elphie growing up who then grew to be one of my favorite Broadway leading ladies… the ONE and ONLY @idinamenzel ! Thank you for all the work you put in creating this role that so many of us fell in love with. I only ever wanted to be Glinda so I could sing with you…. I will always think you are one of the most badass women I know. A few months ago, I went to Idina’s show and she called me up to sing “Take me or leave me” WITH her. Although I only knew her part because Maureen was the everything to me… I grabbed the lyrics and this will always go down as a moment I will never forget.
