Almond flour cakes with natural sweeteners like dates aren’t difficult to purchase or make.
There are plenty of recipes available online.
And I can’t insist enough on the importance of fiber in one’s diet.
With breads like sourdough every once in a while it has become a lot less challenging to indulge for us diabetics. But make sure you buy them from trusted sources.
