Tonight I hosted an interview and Q&A session in Manchester @waterstones with the wonderful @donnaashworthwords to introduce her latest book Growing Brave.
It was packed to the rafters with people who have been touched by Donna’s beautiful words. She answered questions about her life, her inspiration, her vulnerabilities and her strengths. And she read and recited poems while the room held its breath, so as to not miss a word.
It was an honour to be part of something so special.
