As per the CBIC, passenger arriving from countries other than Nepal, Bhutan or Myanmar can bring-
1.Used personal effects and travel souvenirs.
2.Articles up to the value of Rs.50,000 carried on person or accompanied baggage
Excluding the following-
1.Gold or silver in any form other than ornaments.
2.Cigarettes exceeding 100 sticks or cigars exceeding 25 or tobacco exceeding 125 gms etc.
For passenger arriving from Nepal, Bhutan or Myanmar the limit is ₹ 15,000.
