→ Home Loan:
-State Bank of India has a special campaign where they are giving a concession of up to 0.65% (65 basis points) on home loans, till December 31, 2023.
-HDFC Bank has 50% off on Processing fees on home loan applications received between 16th Oct’ 23- 15th Nov ‘23 for disbursements up to 31st Dec’23.
-Canara Bank is not charging processing & documentation fees on Home Loans
→ Education Loan
-Bank of Baroda has introduced a special rate beginning at 8.55% p.a. for education loans, a reduction of up to 0.6% (60 basis points), and without collateral.
→ Car Loan
-Car loans in HDFC Bank have 0 foreclosure charges till 30th November 2023.
-Canara Bank is not charging processing & documentation fees on Car Loans.
– Car Loans from Bank of Baroda begin at 8.70% p.a. and have no processing fee.
→ Personal Loan
-There is a discount of up to 0.8% (80 basis points) on Personal Loans from Bank of Baroda.
Please note that we have inquired with the respective banks & also read the terms & conditions of the schemes discussed above, however, we couldn’t find any explanation that suggested that the reduced rates & fees are for a specific period of time, and hence we have assumed them to be for lifetime.
That’s why if you are availing a loan, please do your due diligence properly & consult your banker for further details on the scheme!
