Balreet Mann Instagram – Final Day at IHFF India
The day began with @dr.karishmaparker competing in bikini. Her improvements since the last show were incredible, but we learned that we grew the glutes more than necessary. Now, with data on how she looks with both smaller and larger glutes, finding the perfect balance will be easy. The next step? De-training certain muscles for a more balanced look or shifting to wellness.
@farhanbaig1996 transformation was remarkable—moving from 3rd callouts in his last show to placing 5th this time! Adding a bit more size will take him even further in the next show.
@ifbb_pro_prerana brought more muscle to the stage this time, but we’re now focusing on a longer off-season to build muscle evenly across her physique for future competitions.
@the.miraclebear delivered an incredible guest posing performance, inspiring everyone at the event.
A special congratulations to @unbreakable_anand and @manojpatil_ifbbpro_official for qualifying for Mr. Olympia & also to @unstoppablesid who is truly an amazing coach.
Also, met @kabirbrah after 5 years—it’s always great reconnecting with people.
Proud of the effort and progress @teamgm.bodybuilding athletes continue to bring to the stage. Every show is a step forward in refining, growing, and reaching new heights.
