Bellamy Young Instagram – Today would have been mom’s birthday. It’s my first Nov 26th without her. And it’s rocked me. So, I’m sending love out to her- with enormous gratitude for the life she gave me & the person she helped me to become- & I’m sending love to everyone who’s facing the holiday season with an empty chair at the table. The love remains. I keep telling myself that. And I keep trying to be gentle with myself around the pain & the memories. Hope you take good care of yourselves during the holidays.
