•Break apart 8oz of almond paste, then add 1/2 cup of sugar. Once combined, add 1 egg white and mix well to complete your dough
•Form 1” to 1 1/2” rounds
•Add pine nuts, a cherry or whatever topping you want
•Place on a foil lined baking sheet with a little bit of non-stick spray
•Bake at 325 degrees for approx 20-25 minutes, cookies should be soft on the outside and chewy and delicious on the inside.
