Constance Zimmer Instagram – Only 1 day left of our Summer! Making the most of it and thinking…why is it that we make our bodies our value? Why isn’t it our brains? Our brawn? Our badassness? How much we make people laugh or smile or think about something deep? Let’s start liking posts more that have something to say not just something to show off. We have to allow everyone to enjoy the body they are in, whatever that may look like. Our bodies are what gets us through life. It is our vehicle. When your body stops working the way it used to, it’s scary and if on top of that fear you have strangers judging/valuing you from the outside, it only adds to the fear. Remember Aging is a privilege! Don’t allow others to dictate how you feel about your accomplishments whether they are obvious or not!
