Elysia Rotaru Instagram – During my morning walk, I was thinking about all those things that I used to do to keep me aligned and inspired like: Visionboards, Angelcards ( iykyk ) going to soundbaths, kundalini, meditating etc… and I kind of got sad for a minute because somewhere along the way each one of those things started to fall off and I don’t really know when or why??? Perhaps I was creating space for other things to come in or they just didn’t serve me anymore or I just lost touch ? Obviously I had a kid so that takes up a lot of my attention and energy and also refuels that and she fully inspires me !!! But now I’m here and definitely feel the pull to bring back some of ( or all of ) these tools into my experience.
