To celebrate, we’re mixing up Cherry Lane Martinis 🍸 and pairing them with Parmesan Truffle Popcorn 🍿—the ultimate festive duo for a cozy night in. Recipes below:
CHERRY LANE MARTINI INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
11/4 oz Tart Cherry Juice
1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Light Blue Agave
1/2 oz Water
2 oz Southbound Blanco
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Measure all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
2. Strain into your martini glass
3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary & 2 maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick.
4. Enjoy!
PARMESAN TRUFFLE POPCORN INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Freshly Popped Popcorn
1-2 tsp Truffle Oil (enough to drizzle)
Salt, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1/4 Cup Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, or to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start with 4 cups of freshly popped popcorn, warm and ready in a large bowl.
2. Lightly drizzle truffle oil over the popcorn, ensuring even coverage.
Use a gentle hand, as a little truffle oil goes a long way.
3. Sprinkle the popcorn with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Toss gently to distribute the seasoning.
4. Finish by adding the finely grated Parmesan cheese, tossing again to coat the popcorn evenly.
