Evangeline Lilly Instagram – Tonight, I have been up all night praying, meditating, doing integration, visualization and manifestation work. I couldn’t sleep, I was buzzing with energy, excitement, fear, focus… And when I got out of bed and made space for it all, despite intellectually knowing I needed the sleep, so much moved inside of me. I cleared away so much inner debris. I feel alive! I feel calm. I feel clean. I feel HOPE.
For five years now I have been doing the deep dive, the frigid plunge, the purifying fire. It has hurt, it has been hard to withstand, it has been glorious, it has been beautiful, it has been thrilling…it has deeply, deeply changed me. Now nothing looks the same, feels the same, and yet it has only brought me back to where I started…to myself…and this has been the greatest adventure of my life.
Can anyone out there relate? Who else has been metaphorically walking on hot coals, lying down on a bed of nails, confronting the inner dragon, dancing with their own demons in the past five years? Where has it taken you? What burned away? What are you left with? Where are you going now?
