This week I was able to take part in a barn raising ceremony at the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary, a place that will honor Catherine and her love of animals. Every day that I have been lucky enough to call her mother Jenny a friend, I have marveled at her strength and resilience, and refusal to let evil win. But today, on the 12 year anniversary of a day that never should have happened, I am more inspired and in awe of her than ever. Thank you @jenshubb for creating a place that will not only help animals and create a new generation of animal lovers, but for being a role model for all of us. @cvhanimalsanctuary 💜🦋💜
