I’m India, I’m 37, 5’3 and a half ( the half is very important ) I’m married to a guy I’ll be sitting on a porch playing scrabble with when I’m 80 ( New Englander @toddgrinnell ), we’ve been together for 16 years and have a little boy, his name is Crosby and he is 6 and a loving funny fire cracker in every way. We have an 11 year old Jack Russell Terrier Chihuahua called Kid and we live in a little white house in the hills of Los Angeles. I was born in the suburbs of London in a town called Surbiton where I lived with my Mum Karen and my big brother Tom @beaufortandrampton ♥️, I moved to LA when I was around 19 and my accent has been a mess ever since. My mum is a scouser from Liverpool, my scouse nan came from Irish catholic roots and my grandad was born in Calcutta, India. I’ve been a working actor for 22 years and a vintage clothing collector for just as long. I love DIY and carpentry and built my pink arched closet with my mumma who gave me a table saw for my 21st birthday. I throw pots on the wheel, I sew and make clothing, I love all forms of art and hoard crafting supplies. I’m partial to a Negroni, my favorite meal is my mums roast or Spaghetti Bolognese and I made my husband get the warm chewy chocolate chip cookies from Subway when I was pregnant. I have post partum depression, take antidepressants, get social anxiety, cannot keep my car clean to save my life and have to organize everything into oblivion just to hold back how messy I would be if I didn’t. I overshare, I hyper focus, I have to fight the urge to be selfish sometimes but will share anything I have with those I love. I’m fiercely loyal, rely on a calculator for basic math, don’t find it easy to make close friends and thanks to my son the chances of me peeing when I sneeze are very high. The first part of this year was packed with lessons and loss and now, I think I’m happier than I’ve been in a long long time. Having a place to be creative and joyful and share an enormous life long passion is a huge part of that and in turn, so are you ♥️.
