Katie Couric Instagram – Shot of the night so far. Before the presidential debate got started, Vice President Kamala Harris walked over and introduced herself to Trump at his lectern. She offered her hand and he shook it. It’s the first handshake before a presidential debate since Trump and Hillary Clinton met for the first time on stage in 2016.
