Candied Orange Chocolate

2 Oranges, sliced
Boil the oranges for 10 mins
😂😂😂
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
Bring to a light simmer
Add orange slices
& boil for 12 mins
Place onto a silicone lined tray
& bake at 120 C
till dried
Look at that 😍

Coat with some chocolate
Garnish with pistachios & rose petals
