An incident, a situation, grief, an accident – changes your perspective towards life overnight.
And when I realised it very deeply, that everything – even people in your life – are temporary, it struck me that nothing is worth losing your inner peace over.
The beauty of this realization is that it’s SO DAMN FREEING!!!Because when you know things are temporary, you learn to hold on to them more lightly, with a sense of appreciation rather than ATTACHMENT.
Life, with all its unpredictability, becomes something to experience fully rather than control.🫶🏼
