Lauren Tom Instagram – We’re excited to announce that actor Lauren Tom @laurentom9000 will join our Oct. 10 Asian American Creatives for Democracy online event to share why she supports #HarrisWalz2024.
Lauren Tom is an Obie Award-winning actress, known for her roles as a dutiful daughter in the film The Joy Luck Club, as Ross’s girlfriend, Julie, on the classic NBC sitcom Friends, and Mrs. Tran on Supernatural. Lauren also lent her voice talents on the animated series Futurama as the much loved character of Amy. She is excited to be reprising her role with new episodes coming in 2024, and 2025 on Hulu. She is also reprising her roles as Connie and Minh in the reboot of King of the Hill which will also air on Hulu in 2025. Lauren can next be seen in a recurring role in Hulu’s Interior Chinatown alongside Jimmy O. Yang, Ronny Chieng, and Chloe Bennett premiering November 19, 2024.
