Lauryn McClain Instagram – i normally don’t post pictures like this but actually really wanted to share a little story with you guys.
i used to not be able to gain weight at all, never was confident in my body and the way it looked. i was so self conscious (and still am at times). i was 99lbs for so long and when i was 25, i started to gain weight and for the first time in my life, i weighed over 100lbs. the more weight i could gained, the better i felt.
now, im learning from my sister and just now starting to take exercise and eating right very seriously. and i have to say, it has greatly affected things that i never knew being INTENTIONALLY active would affect. it’s helped with my depression, my energy level, and my overall enjoyment of life and i haven’t even been consistent. but that’s about to change..
we, as women, are innately strong asf. God created us for quick change. our bodies are capable of carrying life and bouncing right back. we are literally BUILT for this. and what a blessing it is…
so, get started on whatever that thing is for you that just won’t leave your spirit.
and once you do: be confident, dont stop, and keep it goin, ladies!💪🏾
