Lots of people around me have been sharing their pre election anxiety. Feelings are high. I’ve definitely been on edge recently. There are many different methods, but this is ultimately what helps me, moving all that out. I start with a little shake and see where it goes. Doesn’t have to be long or pretty. Shaking out of a hand, will do. This is me shaking it out in less than a minute!
