Masaba Gupta Instagram – Ever since I finished watching ‘Angry Young Men’ and this excerpt by Javed Akhtar ji…I’ve been doing a lot of thinking.About emotions and experiences .. and memories. We live our lives at such a breakneck speed, that I wonder if we will ever truly remember everything. The little stuff, and the big stuff that got us to where we are, and ever since I became a new mother, I have a new fear of whether I will be able to trace my footsteps back to where it all began.. what will I teach my child about privilege and opportunity in a world where both are easily misused and often taken for granted.. sometimes handed on a platter out of turn .. and the importance of even the simplest of things like food and hunger ? What will I tell her about hard work and how it is perhaps the greatest tool to not just sharpen and build oneself… but to last generation after generation , and to leave a lasting impression so that others may follow?
