Over the past 6 months I have had to adapt my practices in so many ways as my body & mind have shifted throughout pregnancy. What is has taught me is that showing up consistently for myself through these times of change has been the most powerful practice of all.
Sometimes I have energy to move, sometimes I just need to sit but doing something everyday has helped me navigate through these times of unknown.
