I learnt a lot about myself on this little solo trip. It felt like an Eat, Pray, Love moment. I learnt that..
– I have the power to make myself happy.
– I no longer need to give energy to things that no longer serve me.
– There’s no more room for self doubt at the table. You’re disinvited.
– Your thoughts become things so lean into gratitude even when you’re feeling down.
Lastly, I have an addiction to pastel de natas..
