Since one month I’m 38 years old and in my second pregnancy. I have about 7 more weeks until due date. Some days I feel so tired that going out of the house feels impossible. Some days I feel super normal and climb easily 6c’s with my 10kg extra weight. I don’t really think or analyse anything. I simply know that it’s gonna be my very last weeks, in my entire life, of being a pregnant woman. I had doubts in my capacities working there at 7 months pregnant. But they encouraged me to come by saying that being pregnant is not a reason to bring someone else and that it will have a positive impact on the crowd watching me working with a baby belly. They also told me to go to the beach and to eat Greek salad as much as I wanted. 🤓 I feel like we outdoor sports women are in times, where pregnancy is not a reason anymore to lose jobs or to have disadvantages. I feel grateful for this and hope that the image I give can be very representative for a pregnant woman. Now it’s time to calm down a little since my belly is growing a lot and I need to find a good balance between moving gently and resting. Since 3 weeks I had to stop any physical effort since it started to feel wrong to my body. The best I could do was to accept and to listen to my body. I still have more then 2 months the to go. I sometimes start to compare with the first pregnancy, but it’s simply impossible. So I go with the flow and take as it comes. What an unforgettable weekend at the Leonidio Climbing Festival 2024! From inspiring climbing workshops with @ninacaprez & @neil.gresham ,to rejuvenating yoga sessions with @nogayogand , breathtaking hikes @leonidioclimb2red , and soul-soothing sound therapy with @soundhealing_samadhi , climbing wall, climb like a sloth by @panjika_cooperative – it was a celebration of movement, connection, and adventure. 🎶✨ The Monkey Table kept everyone on their toes, challenge @vertical.life.climbing and the dancing, live music, and DJ sets created an electric vibe throughout. A huge THANK YOU to all the participants , supporters and the great volunteering team who made this event so special! We can’t wait to make next year even bigger and better. Sur les banquettes du cinéma, pendant l’entracte, Nina Caprez et Jérémy Bernard avaient l’air un peu sur leurs gardes.
