Nina Williams Instagram – Had such a blast at the 29 Palms Rock Rumble Royale ‼️ A bouldering comp in @joshuatreenps focused on conservation and partnership, the brainchild of @cliffhangerguides and the collaborative outcome of @joshuatreefriends, Mohave Desert Land Trust, @americanalpine, @accessfund, @fixehardware, and so many more. Truly some good old’ fashioned fun made possible by a rad community.
I was honored to share stage time with the Stonemasters (@_linacolina_ !!) and @sonnietrotter, recounting past climbing adventures and looking towards the future of how to bring people together. I competed alongside fellow Open podium’ers @sera_gearhart and @sovarae for women and @ross.fulkerson @bren_climbs and @mcneely23 for men. I tried hard, dug deep, and soaked up the magical Joshua Tree landscape.
This was my second time ever climbing in @joshuatreenps and definitely not the last. I still need revenge on Saturday Night Live 🥲
