Though any movement is good movement , but these click bait titles will do you more harm than good . Movement without intention and purpose is wasting valuable energy
5️⃣realistic things you can do to achieve your fitness goals
Diet:
1️⃣Caloric Deficit: Aim to eat about 500 fewer calories per day . (Please gradually decrease your calories, this is so important as this is more sustainable and healthy for your body)
2️⃣Add protein in every meal of yours . Add more protein to your diet . It keeps you satiated for longer period of time and helps you build muscle .
3️⃣Exercise – Strength Training: Start hitting the weights 3-5 times a week. All you need is 30 minutes. Focus on compound movements (squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, etc).
• Cardio: 150 minutes per week . This doesn’t need to be anything crazy! Starting walking more. Aim to hit 10,000 steps each day! You would be amazed by what happens over the next few months!
4️⃣Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support metabolism
