But we hear so many cases where women favouring laws have been misused by filing #FalseCases for monetary benefits since investigations tend to be partial in these Family cases.
Financial situation of the husband should be seriously considered before ordering Alimony/ Child support to the wife especially when she is also employed.
#FamilyCourt laws have to be made Gender Neutral to protect both #women and #men instead of blindly squeezing the life of husbands like this!
