1. Go to the Passport Seva website – https://portal1.passportindia.gov.in/
2. Click on “New User Registration” and make an account for your kid. Once you log into this account, you will be able to fill in the application form digitally
3. Once the application form is filled in digitally, book an appointment date at your preferred Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) closest to your house and pay the fees for it online.
4. Please also take a print-out of the Annexure form (duly filled in and signed). Each situation requires a separate Annexure and can be found here – https://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/annexureAffidavit
