Tala Ashe Instagram – Lots of opening night joy in these pictures but the research for “Breaking the Story” was harrowing and humbling. This play is about many things, but I was drawn to it because it delved into the world of conflict reporting. We’re living through a time where truth is slippery and war is rampant which makes the work of journalists throughout the world especially dangerous, thankless, and essential.
