You never could have caught me in a gym like this a year ago. I used to be so stuck in my comfort zone, limiting myself to what I naturally excelled at. I was afraid to be bad at something and terrified to start from zero. Weight rack? Smith machine? RDLs? Practically a foreign language for me. Now I get excited to check out new gyms, try new workouts, and even find myself relating to gym-toks. I feel like the old version of me is a scared version – one I’m glad to have grown apart from. So after 2.5 weeks on the couch (yes, my motivation ebbs and flows,) I’m happy to say the Gymxiety I once had is a distance memory. Even if I needed to go lower on weight and higher on reps 🙈 20 Wide Squats 4x #gym #workout
