The Blessed Madonna Instagram – 🕊️Olá meus queridos/ Hola mis queridas 🕊️ I have been ill and I was pulled by my doctors from the South American tour for ongoing, serious medical reasons. Many of you know it’s been a tough year. I fought through surgery and treatments to even get to South America in the first place and I felt capable and so very excited.
So it’s humbling to say the least when your body doesn’t do what you demand of it. I have always played through sickness, injury, tragedy, depression, sleep deprivation and worse and taken pride in punching through it and finding joy! It’s kind of amazing that most of the time no matter how bad you feel, if you can play the right combination records, you get healed for little while. But I need a different kind of healing now.
So, I’ll see you all when the amazing team of people doctors and nurses taking care of me do their magic.
I’m sorry for anyone receiving this message late. Prompt announcements went out through various official event channels, but it’s taken me a moment to get enough information to write a correct and cohesive personal message. I know you all save your money for tickets. Times are hard. You travel. It’s a big deal. I don’t take you for granted. I love you all so much. My heart is broken. So we must mend it together soon.
