Tracey Bregman is an Emmy award winning actress best known for her role of Lauren Fenmore on the CBS soap operas the Young and Restless and the Bold and Beautiful. She grew up in London, England, until the age of 10 1/2, when she moved to the United States. She started her career when she was only 14 years old on Days of Our Lives. Tracey was awarded the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 1985 and then was nominated for the same award again in 1987. She was additionally nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in both 2006 and 2008, and also for Best Actress in 2016. In 1992 Bregman brought the character of Lauren to the Bold and Beautiful, where she continues to play the character on both shows. Tracey is currently splitting her time between living in Los Angeles and on her horse farm in Nashville.
