Anjana Rangan Instagram – After surgery.. Mentally down !! Physically drained. One careless fall at home! Work came to a standstill. All my progress at gym lost. Long road ahead to recovery with lots of pain! 6 weeks min to heal. 1 year to get back to my form before injury! I am completely broken .. but i keep telling myself.. its gonna be okay. Its not the end! ✌️
