Aprendí a poner límites desde el amor, a vivir el aquí y ahora, y a agradecer incluso lo que parecía difícil. Trabajé en mi salud mental y me reconecté con la versión más auténtica de mí misma. Cada paso ha sido un recordatorio de que el amor propio es el pilar de todo. Hoy miro hacia adelante con gratitud, sabiendo que este es solo el comienzo de una versión más fuerte y plena de mí misma.
As the year comes to an end, I celebrate the personal growth life has gifted me. I’ve learned to set boundaries with love, to live in the present moment, and to be grateful even for the challenges. I’ve worked on my mental health and reconnected with the most authentic version of myself. Every step has been a reminder that self-love is the foundation of everything. Today, I look forward with gratitude, knowing this is just the beginning of a stronger, fuller version of me.
