Anyhoo, this post is about the amazing plant based food we had in auroville (highly highly recommended)
Here’s a list of Restaurants and what we ordered:
1) Sprout (cherry 🍅 tart, tofu-barley teriyaki bowl)
2) Marc’s cafe (vegan cheese pesto dosa)
3) Coffee Break (vegan tofu pesto sandwich, berry smoothie in coconut milk)
4) Auroville bakery (Falafel bowl)
5) Marc’s cafe (classic big ben with Plant based sausage, scrambled tofu and mushrooms)
6) Sakura sushi – Avacado, mushroom maki, vegan nigiri and rice rolls
7) Gelato Factory – vegan stracciatella flavour 😋😋
