But the biggest mistake women in business can make is to let the business burn because we feel sh*tty.
So here are the systems I relied on to keep my business running:
1️⃣ took a stupid walk for my stupid mental health
2️⃣ ideated and created my content in advance
3️⃣ called my trusty network of pals to confirm that I was indeed *not* a piece of poop
4️⃣ worked from my bed
5️⃣ was honest with my clients about where I was at and how I was feeling. They were ofc awesome and super supportive.
6️⃣ allowed my systems like ManyChat, Calendly, Skool and pre made content to run without me having to have eyes on it.
