✨ Recipe ✨
Taco Dough:
• Maize flour: 1/2 cup
• Maida: 1/4 cup
• Ground pistachios: 1/4 cup
• Water: 1/3 cup
• Salt: 1/4 tsp
Mix ingredients, knead a soft dough, roll into rotis, cut taco shapes, lightly cook, and bake at 140°C for 20-25 mins.
Pistachio-Crusted Paneer:
• Paneer: 150g, cubed
• Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tsp
• Toasted pistachios: 50g, chopped
• Salt & pepper
• Oil: 2 tbsp
Marinate paneer, coat in pistachios, and shallow fry till golden.
Mexican Beans:
• Rajma: 1/2 cup (boiled)
• Bell peppers: 1/4 cup each (red & yellow)
• Corn: 1/4 cup
• Mexican seasoning: 1 tsp
• Chili flakes: 1 tsp
• Oregano: 1/2 tsp
• Salt
Sauté spices, toss veggies & beans, and cook briefly.
Assembly: Add Romaine lettuce to taco shells, layer with sour cream, beans, crusted paneer, and extra pistachios!
