Recipe:
Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
Pineapple slices – 4-5
Chaat masala – as per taste
Almond milk – 1/4 th cup
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked in 1/4 cup almond milk)
Ice cubes – 4-5

For garnish
Edible flowers

Method
-Heat a grill pan and grill the pineapple slices until they turn golden brown on both sides.
-While grilling, sprinkle some chaat masala over the slices.
-Let the grilled pineapple slices cool completely.
-In a blender, add almond milk, soaked chia seeds, ice cubes, and the pineapple slices. Leave a slice for garnish.
-Blend until smooth. You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less almond milk.
-Chop the remaining pineapple slice into small pieces for garnish.
-Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish it with chopped pineapple and edible flowers.
-Serve immediately.
