Recovered and distributed 8.5 million meals to families, elders, and individuals across LA County.
Diverted 10 million pounds of food from landfills, preventing the release of over 7,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions—equivalent to taking more than 1,500 cars off the road.
Embraced technology and innovation with the @careitapp, electric vehicles, and solar-powered refrigeration to recover and deliver food more efficiently.
