You’ve given it over to someone or something else, which now has the capacity to pull you out of this present moment any time it wants.
Turn it off.
Reclaim your space, your mind frame, this Holy Now moment. Sit on your throne, reclaim your attention, don’t be pulled out of the seat of your consciousness — and watch your wings expand.
