CA Palak Rathi Instagram – Know this before you travel in train! 🚂
The Ministry of Railways, Government of India has an app Rail Madad where you can register any of your complaints ranging from medical assistance, security, cleanliness, food, coach maintenance, staff behaviour, bed roll, staff behaviour and so on!
The app is available on both iOS and Android. You can know more about it in the video.
PS. I actually tried this and I got a call within minutes from the Rail Madad executive! I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos @railminindia!
