As women, we are socialized very differently than our male counterparts…
The consequence? We deal with imposter syndrome and a lack of self-confidence. But it doesn’t mean it should dictate our success!
To this day, I still get that feeling of, “Do I belong here?” when I walk into a room. 😳 But… you MUST push through it.
You get past those feelings when you continue to put yourself in those uncomfortable situations and come out the other side.
