What started as a podcast about dating soon transformed into a bigger conversation surrounding the many foundational skills needed to form deep and lasting connections with others. Any chucklehead can sell you a five-step plan for snagging a date, but do you feel comfortable going out into the world and actually putting that plan into action? Can you communicate your thoughts and feelings effectively? Do you feel safe letting others see the real you? Do you know what the real you even looks like?
These are the questions we want to focus on: ones that move beyond a standard checklist and instead help you to build up your own internal resources–skills like communication, situational awareness, and self-care–so that you feel comfortable and confident putting yourself out there in whatever ways feel best for you.
