Damaris Phillips Instagram – I used my Cheesecake frosting on this red velvet cake and filled with chocolate hazelnut spread.
Cheesecake Frosting
Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, cold
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method:
Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese and the sugar. Mix until combined. Add the cream and vanilla extract. Mix. It will be a thin, but thicken as it mixes. Continue until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Frost cooled cakes and refrigerate until serving. | Posted on 14/Jan/2025 20:52:18
