Daron Nefcy Instagram – Health update. Hey friends! After surgery and a month of radiation, I can officially say I am in remission for breast cancer. That means there is no detectable cancer in my body, which is great news! However, what has been more difficult for me are all the pills and monthly Lupron shots that I will need to be on for the next five years to ensure the cancer doesn’t return.
