I have seen a lot of great BLT recipes on my feed over the past week or so . I decided I had to revisit the one I made for the Good Dish tv show during one of their cook off episodes.
The candied bacon is layered with juicy tomatoes, and on the show I used butter lettuce . The brioche bread gets a savory twist by dipping it in egg with some spices and herbs then quickly pan fried. What really pulls it together is the maple mustard spread .
This recipe almost made it into my cookbook. Instead it’s in my substack for subscribers tonight 🥰
