I’m wearing a handwoven Chanderi Anarkali from @gaurangofficial, beautifully brought to life with the delicate jugalbandi of Lucknow’s timeless Chikankari embroidery and the intricate Marodi craftsmanship of Ahmedabad, artistry from two iconic cities.
Jewellery from @kishandasjewellery, the champaswaralu or ear chains, is a traditional South Indian peice, handcrafted with pearls and coloured beads with a beautiful centre peice set in polki diamonds, rubies and emeralds. Paired with polki, rubies and emerald earrings inspired by chaandbaalis.
Mom (it’s her first lehenga and I think there’ll be many more) is desigbed by @shaktitripathi, a beautiful yellow silk lengha with a jacket style blouse with antique embroidery. She paired this with my old Patola dupatta from @gaurangofficial.
