This is Alistairs beautiful brother Jim Garner. Today would have been his 42nd birthday. His life was tragically cut short when he was just 21, when he died suddenly from an undiagnosed heart condition. Al has decided to run the london marathon in April to raise money for @cardiomyopathyuk . Cardiomyopathy is the leading cause of sudden cardiac death in under 35 year olds. This is mainly down to lack of awareness and diagnosis. Raising awareness on this very little known about condition could save so many lives, so please donate absolutely anything you can to encourage early screenings.
