You’ve got this. To alll of you who are willing to ask questions about how to help, and all of you who are so vulnerably sharing about your experiences with suicide and mental health, THANK YOU. You don’t have to have the answers to reach out. We can all learn when we admit our common struggles and ask for help. There are also lots of online resources with skilled professionals who can lend aid if the situation feels overwhelming. Keep checking in on each other and keep listening.
ALSO – Not only is it Suicide Prevention Month, it’s also Childhood Cancer Prevention month.
