Off to the sidelines of a big event like the @stbaldricks headshaving at @voicesagainstcancer, I often found Emily having a quiet talk with families I see every day– families who have faced or are currently being treated for #pediatriccancer… or families who have lost a child to cancer. Emily took special time to invest her unique kindness in each person who approached her.
I found myself thinking how different our world might look if each of us gave our unique kindness to support just one person we find along our day/way. A brighter world is always an option.
